At Storeawe, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges for unused, unworn, and unwashed products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.
- The item must not show signs of use, damage, or washing.
Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or seasonal sale events may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or damaged products caused after delivery
- Customized or personalized items
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Innerwear or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product photos/videos
- Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- In eligible cases, Storeawe may arrange reverse pickup service.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
